In a commanding performance, the New York Jets topped the Miami Dolphins 13-0 in Week 2 of the 2027 season, solidifying their early-season momentum. With both teams looking to establish themselves in the competitive AFC East, the Jets’ victory showcased their defensive prowess and offensive efficiency. Quarterback Josh Allen was the star of the show, throwing for 391 yards and four touchdowns while also rushing for 68 yards, proving to be a dual-threat nightmare for the Dolphins. Despite a less impactful day for the receiving corps, Kenyon Sadiq made his mark with 42 yards, contributing to Allen’s impressive outing. Defensively, the Jets were relentless, led by Nnamdi Madubuike, who recorded six total tackles and two sacks, making life difficult for the Dolphins' offense. The game’s turning point came midway through the second quarter when Lewis Cine intercepted a pass, thwarting a Miami drive and allowing the Jets to maintain control. With a dominant showing on both sides of the ball, the Jets leave the field with confidence as they look ahead to their next matchup.
