In a thrilling Week 4 matchup, the Miami Dolphins held off the New England Patriots with a final score of 28-21. This victory not only boosts Miami's standings but also serves as a crucial statement as both teams vie for playoff positioning in the early season. Drake Maye led the charge for the Patriots, throwing for 295 yards and three touchdowns, showcasing his ability to move the ball effectively through the air. Despite the loss, Maye's performance was a bright spot, with TreVeyon Henderson contributing 84 receiving yards to the offense. On the ground, however, De'Von Achane stole the spotlight, racking up 153 rushing yards for the Dolphins and proving instrumental in their offensive strategy. Defensively, the Dolphins made key plays that shifted momentum in their favor. Jimmie Ward's interception was a game-changing moment, halting a Patriots drive that could have tied the game late in the fourth quarter. Meanwhile, Craig Woodson anchored the Patriots' defense with seven total tackles, but it wasn't enough to prevent Miami from sealing the victory in a hard-fought contest.
