In a dominant performance, the Cincinnati Bengals defeated the San Francisco 49ers 35-0 in Week 7 of the 2027 season, solidifying their position in the playoff race. The Bengals showcased their offensive firepower while the 49ers struggled to find their rhythm, leaving them with a frustrating outing at home. Quarterback Jalen Milroe was the standout performer for Cincinnati, throwing for 268 yards and five touchdowns, effectively orchestrating the Bengals' offense. Ja'Marr Chase was his favorite target, racking up 179 receiving yards and adding to the scoring with crucial catches. Meanwhile, DaVonte Spriggs contributed with a solid rushing effort, though his 22 yards on the ground showed the Bengals' focus on the aerial attack. Defensively, the Bengals were relentless, shutting out the 49ers and making key plays to keep their opponents off the board. The turning point came early in the game when Trevon Diggs intercepted a pass, halting a potential scoring drive for San Francisco and setting the tone for a lopsided affair. Greg Rousseau led the defense with five total tackles, and Josh Vallejo added a sack, ensuring the Bengals' defense was as formidable as their offense.
