In a thrilling Week 9 showdown, the Cincinnati Bengals topped the Los Angeles Rams 25-22, solidifying their position in the playoff race. With both teams vying for crucial momentum as the season approaches its final stretch, the Bengals emerged victorious in a tightly contested battle. Bengals quarterback Jalen Milroe was the standout performer, throwing for 364 yards and two touchdowns, showcasing his accuracy and poise under pressure. DaVonte Spriggs contributed significantly on the ground, adding 78 rushing yards to the Bengals' offensive efforts. On the other side, Tetairoa McMillan was a bright spot for the Rams, racking up 145 receiving yards, but his efforts came up just short. Defensively, the Bengals were led by Eric Kendricks, who recorded eight tackles, helping to stifle the Rams' late-game attempts to take control. The game's turning point came late in the fourth quarter when Milroe's decisive touchdown pass put the Bengals ahead for good, while the Rams' struggles to capitalize on their defensive opportunities ultimately sealed their fate. Despite Myles Garrett's 1.5 sacks for Los Angeles and a crucial interception by Nate Landman, it was Cincinnati's resilience that secured them the win.
