In a decisive Week 12 matchup, the New York Giants topped the Carolina Panthers with a final score of 24-3, solidifying their playoff position in the 2027 season. The Giants came into this game looking to maintain momentum, and they delivered a strong performance against a struggling Panthers squad. Jordan Love was the standout for New York, throwing for 222 yards and a touchdown, while Tyrone Tracy Jr. added a solid ground game with 60 rushing yards. DK Metcalf was Love's favorite target, racking up 82 receiving yards that helped keep the Panthers' defense on its heels throughout the game. Defensively, Danielle Hunter was a force for the Panthers, recording two sacks, but it was the Giants' ability to limit Carolina's offensive production that proved crucial. The turning point came in the second quarter when New York scored two quick touchdowns, effectively putting the game out of reach and forcing the Panthers to play catch-up for the remainder of the contest.
