In a pivotal Week 14 matchup, the Miami Dolphins topped the Dallas Cowboys with a final score of 19-7, solidifying their playoff aspirations as the regular season winds down. The victory was crucial for Miami as they look to secure a favorable position in the postseason race. Dak Prescott led the Cowboys with 167 passing yards and a touchdown, connecting frequently with CeeDee Lamb, who racked up 94 receiving yards. However, the Dolphins' ground game proved vital, with Jonathon Brooks leading all rushers with 63 yards, helping to control the tempo of the game and keep Dallas' offense off the field. Defensively, the Dolphins made key plays, most notably an interception by Ronnie Hickman that shifted momentum in their favor. While the Cowboys' Malachi Lawrence recorded two sacks, it was Miami’s ability to stifle Dallas’ offensive rhythm that ultimately secured the win, making this matchup a testament to their defensive resilience.
