In a decisive showdown, the Jacksonville Jaguars dominated the Indianapolis Colts, winning 45-7 in Week 18 of the 2026 season. With playoff positioning on the line, the Jaguars delivered a commanding performance, showcasing their offensive prowess and defensive tenacity. Trevor Lawrence was the star of the game, throwing for four touchdowns and leading the Jaguars’ offensive attack with precision and poise. While the Colts' Anthony Richardson Sr. put up respectable numbers with 248 passing yards, it was Jonathan Taylor's 79 rushing yards that fell short against a relentless Jacksonville defense. Tyler Warren contributed significantly for Indianapolis, tallying 92 receiving yards, but the Colts struggled to find the end zone. Defensively, the Jaguars were a force to be reckoned with, highlighted by Josh Hines-Allen's impressive 1.5 sacks and Jourdan Lewis's key interception. The turning point came early in the second half when Lewis's interception led to a quick Jaguars touchdown, shifting the momentum firmly in Jacksonville's favor. Akeem Davis-Gaither led the Colts' efforts with seven tackles, but it wasn't enough to stop the avalanche of points from the Jaguars, sealing a statement victory as they head into the playoffs.
