In a dominant performance, the Green Bay Packers topped the Houston Texans 45-17 in Week 17 of the 2026 season, solidifying their playoff position with an impressive offensive display. The win was crucial as both teams jockey for postseason positioning, but it was the Packers who came out firing on all cylinders. Quarterback Jordan Love led the charge for Green Bay, throwing for a staggering 426 yards and five touchdowns, showcasing his elite arm strength and decision-making. Christian Watson was his favorite target, racking up an astounding 239 receiving yards, while Josh Jacobs added a solid ground game with 74 rushing yards. The Packers' offensive fireworks proved too much for the Texans to handle. Defensively, Green Bay was equally impressive, with Micah Parsons recording 2.5 sacks, disrupting the Texans' offensive rhythm throughout the game. Keisean Nixon’s interception provided a pivotal moment, halting a potential scoring drive and further tilting the momentum in favor of the Packers. With a combination of explosive offense and a tenacious defense, Green Bay established themselves as a formidable contender going into the playoffs.
