The Dallas Cowboys dominated the Tampa Bay Buccaneers with a resounding 43-7 victory in Week 5 of the 2026 season. This win solidifies the Cowboys' position as a formidable force in the league, showcasing their offensive firepower against a struggling Buccaneers team. Dak Prescott led the charge for Dallas, throwing for an impressive 385 yards and four touchdowns, demonstrating his elite talents. KaVontae Turpin was a standout on the receiving end, racking up 147 yards, while Javonte Williams contributed significantly on the ground with 91 rushing yards. The Cowboys' offense was firing on all cylinders, leaving the Buccaneers' defense scrambling for answers. Defensively, the Cowboys were equally effective, with Caleb Downs securing a key interception that shifted momentum firmly in Dallas' favor. The Buccaneers struggled to find any rhythm, and their inability to pressure Prescott allowed him to exploit the secondary throughout the game. The turning point came early in the second quarter when Downs' interception led to an immediate touchdown, putting the Cowboys up 21-0 and leaving Tampa Bay in a deep hole they couldn't climb out of.
