In a crucial Week 11 showdown, the Houston Texans secured a 19-7 victory over the Indianapolis Colts, solidifying their position in the playoff race. With both teams looking to gain momentum late in the season, the Texans delivered a strong performance on home turf. C.J. Stroud shone as the standout quarterback, amassing 286 passing yards and keeping the Colts' defense on their heels throughout the game. Woody Marks contributed significantly on the ground with 57 rushing yards, while Kayshon Boutte emerged as Stroud's primary target, racking up 88 receiving yards and providing key plays when needed. Anthony Richardson Sr managed to throw a touchdown for Indianapolis, but it wasn’t enough to overcome the Texans' offensive firepower. Defensively, the Texans showcased a solid effort, highlighted by Sheldon Rankins, who recorded a sack that helped stifle the Colts' offensive flow. The turning point in the game came when Charvarius Ward Sr intercepted a pass, halting a Colts drive that could have shifted momentum. With the Texans' defense stepping up when it mattered most, they were able to maintain control and secure the win.
