In a high-octane Week 8 showdown, the Seattle Seahawks topped the Chicago Bears with a final score of 45-31, solidifying their position in the playoff race. With both teams vying for momentum in the 2026 season, this victory was crucial for Seattle as they look to build on their success. Trevor Lawrence led the Bears with a strong performance, throwing for 258 yards and three touchdowns, showcasing his skill under pressure. However, the star of the night was Christian McCaffrey, who rushed for an impressive 129 yards, consistently breaking tackles and finding gaps in the Bears' defense. Mack Hollins also made a significant impact with 128 receiving yards, but it wasn't enough to overcome the Seahawks' offensive onslaught. Defensively, the Seahawks were anchored by Benjamin St-Juste, who recorded 10 total tackles, keeping the Bears' ground game in check. Nick Bosa added a key sack that disrupted Chicago's rhythm, serving as a turning point in the game. The combination of timely defensive plays and an explosive offense allowed Seattle to maintain control and ultimately secure the victory.
