In a decisive matchup, the Seattle Seahawks topped the Arizona Cardinals 30-7 in Week 2 of the 2026 season. The victory not only bolsters Seattle's early season momentum but also underscores their offensive prowess against a division rival. Bo Nix led the charge for Seattle, throwing for two touchdowns and adding 55 rushing yards, showcasing his dual-threat capability. While Baker Mayfield of the Cardinals registered 174 passing yards, it was Nix's efficient performance that proved pivotal for the Seahawks. Calvin Ridley was a bright spot for Arizona, racking up 66 receiving yards, but the Cardinals struggled to find the end zone. Defensively, the Seahawks' unit was relentless, with Donte Jackson snagging an interception that stifled any momentum the Cardinals tried to build. Seattle's defense, anchored by Eric Stokes' three total tackles, consistently pressured Mayfield, limiting his effectiveness and forcing critical mistakes. The turning point came in the second quarter when Jackson's interception led to a quick Seahawks touchdown, effectively putting the game out of reach for Arizona.
