The Indianapolis Colts topped the Houston Texans 31-17 in a crucial Week 11 matchup, solidifying their position in the playoff race. With both teams vying for postseason contention, this victory was pivotal for the Colts as they look to maintain momentum heading into the final stretch of the season. Indianapolis quarterback Daniel Jones led the charge, throwing for 231 yards and guiding his team to three touchdown passes. Running back Jonathan Taylor was instrumental on the ground, racking up 98 rushing yards and keeping the Texans' defense on their heels. Meanwhile, Houston's C.J. Stroud managed just one passing touchdown, struggling to keep pace with the Colts' offensive firepower. Defensively, the Colts made their presence felt with standout performances from Laiatu Latu, who recorded two sacks, and a relentless pass rush that kept Stroud under pressure throughout the game. The turning point came late in the second quarter when Latu's second sack led to a crucial turnover, allowing the Colts to extend their lead before halftime. While Kerby Joseph of the Texans tallied eight tackles and an interception, it wasn't enough to shift the momentum back in Houston's favor.
