In a decisive Week 7 matchup, the Chicago Bears topped the New England Patriots with a final score of 34-14, solidifying their position in the playoff hunt. The Bears showcased their dominance, putting the Patriots' postseason aspirations in jeopardy with this commanding win. Drake Maye led the Patriots offensively, throwing for 225 yards and a touchdown, while Rhamondre Stevenson contributed 85 rushing yards. A.J. Brown was a standout receiver, racking up 108 yards, but despite their individual efforts, the Patriots struggled to convert drives into points against a relentless Bears defense. Chicago's defense played a crucial role in the victory, with Kyler Gordon making eight tackles and Tyrique Stevenson Sr. contributing a sack. The turning point came in the second half when Dillon Thieneman intercepted a pass, setting up a touchdown that pushed the Bears' lead to an insurmountable margin.
