In a thrilling Week 4 matchup, the Denver Broncos topped the San Francisco 49ers by a score of 49-35, improving their record as they continue their quest for a playoff spot. The stakes were high for both teams, with the Broncos looking to build momentum and the 49ers aiming to bounce back from recent struggles. Leading the charge for Denver was quarterback Bo Nix, who threw for 340 yards and four touchdowns, showcasing his ability to exploit the 49ers' secondary. Courtland Sutton emerged as his top target, racking up 127 receiving yards, while RJ Harvey contributed a solid ground game with 62 rushing yards, adding balance to the Broncos' offensive attack. Defensively, the 49ers made their presence felt, with Nick Bosa recording 2.5 sacks and Ji'Ayir Brown leading the team with six tackles. However, the turning point came in the second quarter when the Broncos managed to stretch their lead to two touchdowns, forcing the 49ers to play catch-up for the remainder of the game. Despite San Francisco's efforts to close the gap, Denver's potent offense proved too much to handle.
