In a pivotal Week 2 matchup of the 2026 season, the New York Jets topped the Green Bay Packers with a final score of 28-14. The victory solidifies the Jets' early-season momentum, positioning them as a team to watch in the league. Quarterback Joe Milton led the charge for New York, throwing for 189 yards and efficiently managing the game. On the other side, Jordan Love delivered a commendable performance for the Packers, tossing two touchdown passes, while Christian Watson emerged as a reliable target with 85 receiving yards. However, the Jets' balanced attack proved too much for Green Bay to handle. Defensively, the Jets made their mark with standout performances, particularly from Brandon Stephens, who recorded two interceptions, crucial in flipping the momentum in favor of New York. Andre Cisco's six tackles added to the Jets' strong showing, while David Bailey's sack highlighted their pass rush effectiveness. The turning point came when Stephens' second interception set up a touchdown drive, extending the lead and ultimately sealing the game for the Jets.
