In a commanding performance to kick off the 2026 season, the Minnesota Vikings took down the Green Bay Packers with a decisive 49-17 victory. Jordan Mason was the standout on the ground, racking up an impressive 205 rushing yards, while Minnesota’s aerial attack was further bolstered by a balanced receiving corps. Meanwhile, Jordan Love of the Packers put up solid numbers with 294 passing yards, but the Green Bay offense struggled to keep pace with the relentless Vikings. Defensively, Minnesota made crucial plays that shifted momentum, highlighted by Ivan Pace Jr.'s interception, which stifled a promising Packers drive.
