The Tampa Bay Buccaneers topped the Dallas Cowboys 32-13 in a decisive Week 5 matchup of the 2026 season. With both teams looking to establish momentum, the Buccaneers delivered a commanding performance that keeps them in the playoff conversation. Baker Mayfield was the star of the show for Tampa Bay, throwing for 274 yards and two touchdowns, effectively spreading the ball around and keeping the Dallas defense on its heels. Emeka Egbuka was his top target, racking up 124 receiving yards, while the Buccaneers' ground game provided solid support, ensuring a balanced offensive attack throughout the game. Defensively, the Buccaneers were formidable, led by Rueben Bain Jr, who recorded two sacks, disrupting the Cowboys' rhythm. The game's turning point came in the second quarter when Bain's pressure led to a crucial turnover, allowing Tampa Bay to extend their lead and put the game out of reach. Although Dallas's Javonte Williams showed flashes of brilliance with 86 rushing yards, it wasn't enough to overcome the Buccaneers' well-rounded performance.
