In a decisive Week 6 matchup, the Buffalo Bills topped the New York Jets with a commanding 34-13 victory. The win keeps the Bills firmly in the playoff conversation, while the Jets will need to regroup as they struggle to find their rhythm this season. Buffalo's offensive unit was led by quarterback Josh Allen, who threw for two touchdowns and consistently moved the ball downfield. James Cook III contributed significantly on the ground with 79 rushing yards, while Garrett Wilson of the Jets showcased his skills with an impressive 88 receiving yards, though it wasn't enough to keep pace with the Bills' explosive attack. Defensively, the Bills were dominant, highlighted by Ed Oliver's 2.5 sacks and Maxwell Hairston's six total tackles. The turning point came in the second quarter when Cole Bishop intercepted a pass, setting up a scoring drive that extended the Bills' lead and ultimately put the game out of reach for the Jets. Buffalo's defense stifled New York's chances to mount a comeback, sealing the victory with a well-rounded performance.
