In a thrilling Week 10 showdown, the San Francisco 49ers narrowly defeated the Dallas Cowboys 23-20, solidifying their position in the playoff race. With both teams vying for crucial momentum as the season approaches its final stretch, this matchup had significant implications for postseason positioning. Brock Purdy led the charge for the 49ers, throwing for 275 yards and connecting on key plays throughout the game. His top target, Mike Evans, was a standout performer, racking up 119 receiving yards and providing critical catches that kept San Francisco's offense moving. Meanwhile, Dak Prescott put up a valiant effort for Dallas, throwing two touchdown passes, but it ultimately wasn't enough to secure the win. Defensively, the 49ers made crucial stops that played a pivotal role in the outcome. Dre Greenlaw’s nine tackles anchored San Francisco's effort, while Nick Bosa contributed with a sack that disrupted Prescott's rhythm. The turning point came late in the fourth quarter when the 49ers' defense held strong, forcing a turnover on downs and enabling their offense to run out the clock, sealing the victory.
