In a thrilling Week 14 showdown, the Tennessee Titans narrowly defeated the Jacksonville Jaguars with a final score of 49-44, solidifying their playoff positioning as the season winds down. Both teams came into the game needing a win to stay in contention, and the high-octane offensive display did not disappoint. DJ Lagway was the standout for the Titans, throwing for three touchdowns and rushing for an impressive 132 yards, showcasing his dual-threat capabilities. Meanwhile, Josh Allen of the Jaguars put up a valiant effort with 384 passing yards and Zachariah Branch led the receiving corps with 111 yards, but it wasn't enough to overcome Tennessee's offensive firepower. Defensively, the Jaguars struggled to contain Lagway, but Jeremiah Cooper made his presence felt with eight total tackles, and Joey Porter added an interception. The game shifted in the Titans' favor late in the second half when Lagway connected on a crucial touchdown pass, allowing them to pull ahead and ultimately hold off the Jaguars in a nail-biting finale.
