The Jacksonville Jaguars triumphed over the Houston Texans with a final score of 45-28 in Week 2 of the 2028 season. This victory positions the Jaguars as early contenders in the league, showcasing their offensive firepower while the Texans struggle to find their rhythm. Quarterback Player 555221993 of the Texans had a standout performance, throwing for 362 yards and three touchdowns, keeping his team competitive throughout. However, it was Jeremiyah Love of the Jaguars who made significant contributions on the ground, racking up 82 rushing yards, complementing the high-flying aerial attack. Player 555221542 also shined for Houston, leading all receivers with 116 yards, but it wasn’t enough to overcome Jacksonville’s scoring barrage. On defense, the Jaguars made critical plays that shifted momentum in their favor, particularly through the efforts of Arion Carter, who recorded two interceptions. Renardo Green led the team with five total tackles, helping to stifle Houston’s offensive push. The turning point came in the second quarter when Carter's first interception set up a quick touchdown for Jacksonville, allowing them to pull away and maintain control for the rest of the game.
