In a decisive Week 17 matchup, the Pittsburgh Steelers topped the Tennessee Titans with a commanding 27-7 victory, solidifying their playoff aspirations as the regular season winds down. With both teams vying for momentum heading into the postseason, the Steelers showcased their dominance on both sides of the ball. Quarterback Anthony Richardson Sr. was the star of the show for Pittsburgh, throwing for 186 yards and two touchdowns, which helped propel his team to victory. Ed Jones was a key target, racking up 98 receiving yards and making crucial catches throughout the game. On the ground, the Titans struggled significantly, with Chris Johnson managing just three rushing yards, highlighting the effectiveness of the Steelers' defense. Defensively, Pittsburgh made its presence felt, with Troy Polamalu recording an interception that shifted the game's momentum. Ashtyn Davis led the Titans with three tackles, but it was Trenton Simpson’s lone sack that briefly gave Tennessee hope. However, the Steelers' ability to stifle the Titans' offensive efforts ultimately defined the contest, as they held Tennessee to just one score throughout the game.
