The Buffalo Bills secured a solid 20-10 victory over the New England Patriots in Week 13 of the 2026 season, keeping their playoff hopes alive with this crucial win. With both teams vying for a stronger position in the standings, the Bills effectively showcased their offensive prowess while stifling a determined Patriots squad. Quarterback Josh Allen was the standout for Buffalo, throwing for 140 yards and one touchdown, while running back James Cook III led the ground attack with 88 rushing yards. The Bills' offense managed to maintain consistent pressure on the Patriots' defense, translating their opportunities into points and controlling the tempo of the game. Defensively, the Bills were impactful, with Maxwell Hairston leading the team with three total tackles and Trevon Diggs making a crucial interception. The turning point came when Diggs picked off a pass in the third quarter, setting up a touchdown drive that extended Buffalo’s lead and shifted momentum firmly in their favor. The Patriots struggled to recover from that point, ultimately falling short as the Bills held off any late-game attempts to close the gap.
