In a thrilling Week 12 matchup, the Seattle Seahawks topped the San Francisco 49ers with a final score of 41-28, solidifying their position in the playoff hunt. The stakes were high as both teams looked to improve their postseason prospects, but it was Seattle that emerged victorious on the road. Quarterback Sam Darnold delivered a standout performance, throwing for an impressive 417 yards and connecting for three touchdowns. He was well-supported by Jaxon Smith-Njigba, who racked up 181 receiving yards and added a touchdown of his own. Jadarian Price contributed significantly on the ground with 97 rushing yards, helping to keep the 49ers' defense on their heels throughout the game. Defensively, the Seahawks made key stops, highlighted by Ty Okada's crucial interception that shifted momentum in the second half. Although the 49ers' Nick Bosa recorded two sacks and Dre Greenlaw led the team with eight tackles, Seattle's ability to capitalize on scoring opportunities proved to be the game's turning point. With a balanced offensive attack and timely defensive plays, the Seahawks were able to outlast their division rivals.
