In a thrilling showdown, the Jacksonville Jaguars topped the New England Patriots with a final score of 57-42 in Week 3 of the 2026 season. Both teams entered the game seeking to establish momentum early in the season, but it was the Jaguars who ultimately emerged victorious in this high-scoring affair. Trevor Lawrence showcased his elite talent, throwing for 358 yards and five touchdowns, leading the Jaguars' explosive offense. Bhayshul Tuten contributed significantly on the ground, racking up 107 rushing yards, while the Patriots' Romeo Doubs put on a show with 168 receiving yards, but it was not enough to keep pace with the Jaguars' firepower. Defensively, the Jaguars made critical plays that shifted the momentum. Deion Jones' two interceptions were pivotal in thwarting New England drives, while Caleb Ransaw's seven tackles helped maintain pressure throughout the game. With Travon Walker adding a sack to the mix, Jacksonville's defense proved instrumental in securing the victory, especially during a key stretch in the second half that saw the Jaguars pull away for good.
