The Washington Commanders topped the New York Giants 31-18 in a critical Week 10 matchup of the 2026 season. With playoff implications on the line, the Commanders solidified their standing in the race for a postseason berth, while the Giants faced a tough setback in their hopes for contention. Jayden Daniels was the standout performer for Washington, throwing for 205 yards and two touchdowns. His efficiency and poise in the pocket allowed the Commanders to control the game, while the Giants struggled to keep pace offensively. On the other side, Malik Nabers put on a show with 186 receiving yards, but it wasn’t enough to lift New York. Defensively, Odafe Oweh was a force for the Commanders, racking up two sacks and contributing to a total of two tackles. His pressure on the quarterback played a pivotal role in stifling the Giants' offense, particularly during the second half, where Washington pulled away. The game's turning point came late in the third quarter when Oweh's sack led to a crucial turnover on downs, allowing the Commanders to extend their lead and ultimately secure the victory.
