The Denver Broncos secured a commanding 35-17 victory over the Jacksonville Jaguars in Week 2 of the 2026 season, solidifying their early momentum in the campaign. This matchup was crucial as both teams looked to establish themselves in the playoff race, but the Broncos proved too formidable on their home turf. Bo Nix stole the spotlight with an impressive performance, tossing three touchdown passes and showcasing his ability to lead the offense effectively. J.K. Dobbins contributed significantly on the ground with 70 rushing yards, while Tyreek Hill was a reliable target, racking up 79 receiving yards. Despite Trevor Lawrence's solid effort for Jacksonville with 236 passing yards, it wasn't enough to keep pace with Denver's explosive offense. Defensively, the Broncos were relentless, with Alex Singleton leading the charge with 13 total tackles. Zach Allen made his presence felt with two sacks, applying constant pressure on Lawrence, which disrupted the Jaguars' rhythm. The turning point came in the second quarter when Talanoa Hufanga intercepted a pass, setting up a crucial Broncos touchdown and shifting the momentum firmly in Denver's favor.
