In a commanding performance to kick off the 2026 season, the Green Bay Packers topped the Minnesota Vikings 33-10. Both teams were eager to start the year on a high note, but the Packers quickly established dominance, setting the tone for what could be a strong campaign ahead. Quarterback Jordan Love showcased his talent with an impressive 195 passing yards and three touchdown passes, leading the offense efficiently throughout the game. Meanwhile, receiver Matthew Golden was a key target, racking up 74 receiving yards, while Josh Jacobs contributed on the ground, despite limited rushing success with just 24 yards. The Packers' defense was formidable, highlighted by Trevon Diggs' game-changing performance, as he snagged three interceptions, putting the Vikings on the back foot. Devonte Wyatt was also a standout, recording two sacks and two total tackles, disrupting Minnesota's offense at critical moments. The turning point came when Diggs intercepted a pass deep in Packers territory, allowing Green Bay to regain momentum and pull away decisively.
