In a dominating performance, the Dallas Cowboys defeated the Los Angeles Rams 38-14 in the Wildcard Round of the 2026 season. With the stakes high in the postseason, the Cowboys showcased their offensive prowess, securing a spot in the next round with a commanding win. Quarterback Joe Milton led the charge for Dallas, throwing for an impressive 373 yards and three touchdowns, effectively dismantling the Rams' secondary. Wide receiver KaVontae Turpin emerged as his favorite target, racking up 148 receiving yards and finding the end zone. Meanwhile, Jaydon Blue contributed on the ground with 69 rushing yards, helping to maintain offensive balance throughout the game. The Rams struggled to contain the Cowboys' offense, and while Nate Landman registered a team-high six tackles, it was the lack of consistent pressure that hurt Los Angeles. Josaiah Stewart's lone sack was not enough to disrupt Milton's rhythm. The game's turning point came early in the second half when Dallas scored consecutive touchdowns, effectively putting the game out of reach and leaving the Rams with too much ground to make up.
