In a commanding display, the Green Bay Packers topped the Minnesota Vikings 48-21 in Week 3 of the 2027 season. The victory solidifies the Packers' position in the division, showcasing their offensive prowess and strategic depth against a rival team. Quarterback Jordan Love was the star of the show, throwing for an impressive 511 yards and six touchdowns, cementing his status as a top playmaker in the league. Christian Watson was his primary target, racking up 301 receiving yards, creating mismatches all over the field. Kyler Murray led the Vikings on the ground with 44 rushing yards but struggled to find a rhythm against the Packers' defense. Defensively, the Packers were equally formidable, with Micah Parsons leading the charge with 1.5 sacks and Javon Bullard contributing with an interception. The turning point came late in the second quarter when Love connected with Watson for a 75-yard touchdown, shifting momentum firmly in favor of Green Bay and leaving the Vikings scrambling to keep pace. The Packers’ ability to stifle Minnesota’s attempts to respond proved crucial in sealing the victory.
