In a tightly contested matchup, the New Orleans Saints topped the Las Vegas Raiders 16-10 in Week 3 of the 2026 season. Both teams entered the game looking to solidify their standings, but it was the Saints who emerged victorious, showcasing their resilience on both sides of the ball. Offensively, Tyler Shough led the Saints with a standout performance, throwing for 305 yards, while RJ Harvey contributed significantly on the ground with 82 rushing yards. Jordyn Tyson was the top target, racking up 124 receiving yards, helping to keep the chains moving and putting points on the board for New Orleans. Fernando Mendoza’s lone touchdown pass for the Raiders kept things competitive, but it wasn’t enough to secure the win. Defensively, the Saints made critical stops, including a key sack by Cameron Jordan that shifted momentum in their favor. The Raiders' Taron Johnson led all defenders with nine total tackles, but it was the Saints' ability to limit big plays that proved decisive. The turning point came in the fourth quarter when the Saints’ defense forced a critical turnover, allowing them to maintain their lead and ultimately seal the game.
