With both teams eager to make a statement, the Cowboys emerged victorious, proving they are a force to be reckoned with in this new campaign. Jayden Daniels led the charge for Dallas, throwing for 276 yards and two touchdowns, effectively navigating the Panthers' defense. Derrick Henry contributed significantly on the ground with 57 rushing yards, while Chris Godwin Jr. was the standout receiver, racking up 88 receiving yards. This dynamic offensive trio was instrumental in the Cowboys' success. While the Panthers struggled to contain the Cowboys' offensive onslaught, they did have standout moments on defense, notably from a player with 13 total tackles. However, the turning point in the game came when the Cowboys capitalized on a critical turnover, allowing them to extend their lead and maintain control. The combination of Dallas's efficient offense and Carolina's inability to respond ultimately sealed the outcome.
