In a high-octane Week 4 showdown, the Los Angeles Chargers topped the Seattle Seahawks 41-28, securing a crucial victory in the early stages of the 2026 season. Both teams entered the game looking to bolster their playoff aspirations, but it was the Chargers who emerged victorious with a strong offensive display. Justin Herbert was the star of the day for Los Angeles, tossing five touchdown passes and showcasing his elite arm talent. David Njoku was his favorite target, racking up an impressive 146 receiving yards, while the Chargers' offensive depth kept the Seahawks' defense on its heels throughout the game. On the other side, Sam Darnold led Seattle with 262 passing yards but struggled to keep pace with Herbert's explosive performance. Defensively, the Chargers made critical plays when it mattered most, with Elijah Molden leading the charge with five total tackles. The turning point came late in the second quarter when Tarheeb Still intercepted a Darnold pass, setting up another quick score for Los Angeles and allowing them to maintain momentum into the second half. The Seahawks fought hard, but they couldn't recover from that pivotal moment as the Chargers' defense stifled their attempts to close the gap.
