In a decisive Week 17 clash, the New York Giants topped the Dallas Cowboys with a final score of 30-17, securing their playoff positioning in the 2026 season. The victory not only solidifies the Giants’ momentum but also casts a shadow over the Cowboys’ postseason hopes as they struggled to find their rhythm. Jaxson Dart led the Giants' offensive charge, throwing for an impressive 303 yards and demonstrating both precision and poise in the pocket. Meanwhile, Calvin Austin was the standout receiver, amassing 174 yards and providing key plays that kept the Giants’ drives alive. Tyrone Tracy Jr. added to the offensive effort with a solid 68 rushing yards, helping to balance the attack and keep the Cowboys' defense on their heels. Defensively, the Giants effectively contained the Cowboys' offense, limiting Dak Prescott to just one touchdown pass. The game's turning point came in the second quarter when a critical interception by a Giants defender swung momentum in their favor, allowing them to extend their lead. Although Malachi Lawrence led Dallas with six tackles, their inability to stop the Giants’ explosive plays ultimately sealed their fate in this pivotal matchup.
