Taylen Green led the Commanders with a solid performance, throwing for 210 yards, while the Lions' Jared Goff showcased his talent with three touchdown passes. On the ground, Jahmyr Gibbs of the Lions made a significant impact, rushing for 97 yards, and Jameson Williams was a reliable target with 71 receiving yards, but it wasn't enough to secure the win.
