In a commanding performance, the Kansas City Chiefs toppled the Denver Broncos with a final score of 42-14 in Week 2 of the 2027 season. This victory solidifies the Chiefs' early dominance in the division, setting the tone for their campaign as they aim for another deep playoff run. Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes led the charge, throwing for 194 yards and two touchdowns, showcasing his ability to dissect the Broncos' defense. Meanwhile, Kenneth Walker emerged as a key target in the passing game, racking up 81 receiving yards and keeping the chains moving for Kansas City. The Chiefs' offensive firepower proved too much for Denver to handle. Defensively, the Chiefs were equally impressive, as Jadon Canady made a crucial interception that shifted the momentum of the game.
