In a thrilling Week 14 matchup, the New York Jets held off the Denver Broncos, securing a 21-17 victory that keeps their playoff hopes alive. Both teams entered the game with something to prove, but it was the Jets who came out on top in a tightly contested battle. Bo Nix led the Broncos' offense, throwing for 234 yards and two touchdowns, showcasing his ability to move the ball effectively. RJ Harvey was his top target, racking up 89 receiving yards, while Breece Hall's consistent ground game kept the Jets in the mix with 56 rushing yards. However, it was the Jets' ability to capitalize on critical moments that made the difference. Defensively, Minkah Fitzpatrick stood out for the Jets with six total tackles, while D'Angelo Ponds made a pivotal interception that shifted momentum late in the game. The turning point came when Ponds picked off a pass in the fourth quarter, allowing the Jets to maintain their lead and ultimately seal the win. Despite Alex Singleton's sack for the Broncos, it was the Jets' defense that made the key plays when it mattered most.
