In a tightly contested matchup, the Chicago Bears narrowly defeated the Atlanta Falcons 23-20 in Week 6 of the 2026 season. Both teams were fighting for playoff positioning, and the stakes couldn't have been higher as they entered the game with playoff aspirations on the line. Tua Tagovailoa led the Falcons' offense, throwing for 236 yards and two touchdowns, showcasing his ability to make big plays under pressure. However, it was Colston Loveland of the Bears who stole the spotlight, racking up an impressive 123 receiving yards that proved pivotal in Chicago's victory. The Bears' balanced attack kept the Falcons' defense on its heels, allowing them to control the tempo of the game. Defensively, Divine Deablo stood out for Atlanta with a game-high seven total tackles, but the Falcons struggled to contain the Bears' offensive rhythm. The turning point came late in the fourth quarter when the Bears executed a crucial drive that resulted in a field goal, putting them ahead for good. Despite A'Shawn Robinson's two sacks and Jessie Bates III's interception, the Falcons were unable to respond in the final moments, sealing a hard-fought win for Chicago.
