The Indianapolis Colts secured a hard-fought victory over the Cincinnati Bengals with a final score of 28-20 in Week 2 of the 2027 season. This matchup was crucial for both teams, as they aimed to establish early momentum in their campaigns. The Colts' ability to hold off a late surge from the Bengals proved decisive in this contest. Patrick Mahomes showcased his prowess under center for Indianapolis, throwing for two touchdowns and guiding the offense effectively. Meanwhile, Drew Allar of the Bengals led all passers with 304 yards, connecting frequently with A.J. Brown, who racked up an impressive 159 receiving yards. Kenneth Walker contributed significantly to the Colts' ground game, adding 73 rushing yards to help keep the chains moving.
