The Dallas Cowboys narrowly defeated the Green Bay Packers 24-17 in a tightly contested Week 6 matchup of the 2026 season. With playoff implications on the line, both teams were eager to secure a crucial win, but it was the Cowboys who emerged victorious in the end. Dak Prescott led the charge for Dallas with a solid performance, throwing for 255 yards and one touchdown. On the ground, the Cowboys relied on a balanced attack while the Packers' Josh Jacobs stood out with 111 rushing yards. Green Bay's Jayden Reed was a bright spot in the passing game, racking up 117 receiving yards, but it wasn't enough to secure a win. Defensively, the Cowboys made key plays that shifted momentum in their favor. DaRon Bland's 11 total tackles highlighted a strong effort in stopping the Packers, while Rashan Gary added pressure with 1.5 sacks. A pivotal moment came when the Cowboys' defense stifled a late-game drive from Green Bay, allowing Dallas to hold on for the win and keep their playoff hopes alive.
