In a thrilling Week 3 matchup, the Las Vegas Raiders secured a 31-23 victory over the New Orleans Saints, keeping their momentum strong in the 2026 season. The stakes were high as both teams aimed to bolster their playoff aspirations, but it was the Raiders who ultimately came out on top. On the offensive side, Ashton Jeanty was a standout for the Raiders, racking up an impressive 161 rushing yards, proving to be a cornerstone of their ground game. Meanwhile, Saints quarterback Tyler Shough threw for 329 yards and two touchdowns, showcasing his ability to keep the Saints competitive throughout the contest. Marvin Mims Jr. also made his mark with 88 receiving yards, providing Shough with a reliable target. Defensively, Quay Walker led the Raiders with 11 total tackles, helping to stifle the Saints' offensive efforts. The game's turning point came in the fourth quarter when the Raiders' defense held strong, forcing a crucial turnover that allowed their offense to extend the lead and ultimately secure the win. Maxx Crosby contributed with half a sack, adding pressure to Shough during critical moments, but it was the overall team defense that sealed the game for Las Vegas.
