In a commanding performance, the Chicago Bears topped the Minnesota Vikings 43-12 in Week 2 of the 2026 season, asserting their dominance early in the campaign. With this victory, the Bears not only improve their record but send a clear message that they are a force to be reckoned with in the league. Caleb Williams was the star of the show for Chicago, throwing for three touchdowns and leading a potent offensive attack. Meanwhile, Minnesota's Kyler Murray kept the air game alive with 264 passing yards, but it was T.J. Hockenson who shone as a bright spot for the Vikings with 126 receiving yards. Zavion Thomas added a solid ground game for Chicago, rushing for 60 yards to keep the defense honest. Defensively, the Bears were relentless, with Denico Autry recording two sacks and Dillon Thieneman snagging two interceptions, disrupting Minnesota's rhythm throughout the game. The turning point came in the second quarter when Thieneman's pick set up Williams' third touchdown pass, shifting the momentum firmly in Chicago's favor. With five total tackles from Devin Bush, the Bears' defense was a wall, stifling any chance of a Vikings comeback.
