The Denver Broncos topped the Jacksonville Jaguars 26-14 in a crucial Week 2 matchup of the 2026 season. With both teams looking to establish their identities early on, the Broncos secured an important victory, putting them in a favorable position as they aim for a strong start to the year. Bo Nix led the Broncos' passing attack with 135 yards, showcasing his ability to manage the game effectively. RJ Harvey emerged as his favorite target, racking up 72 receiving yards, while J.K. Dobbins contributed significantly on the ground with 39 rushing yards. Although Trevor Lawrence found the end zone with one passing touchdown for the Jaguars, it wasn't enough to keep pace with Denver's balanced offensive effort. Defensively, the Broncos made key plays that shifted momentum in their favor, highlighted by a pivotal interception from Talanoa Hufanga. The Broncos' front seven also pressured Lawrence, with Zach Allen recording a sack that disrupted Jacksonville's rhythm. The turning point came late in the second quarter when Denver’s defense held strong, allowing the offense to capitalize and secure a lead they would not relinquish.
