Defenders with this ability have greatly improved run shed moves and disengage angles for a better chance at stopping inside run plays. Upgrades with BSH, POW, and TAK.

Defenders with this ability are much more likely to use faster, more dominant pass rush moves while rushing from the interior of the defense, and have more favorable disengage angles. Upgrades with TAK, PMV, and STR.
