In a thrilling Week 4 matchup, the Dallas Cowboys outlasted the Houston Texans with a high-scoring 50-40 victory. This win not only keeps the Cowboys in contention but also highlights their offensive firepower as they look to make a statement this season. Joe Milton was the standout performer for Dallas, throwing for an impressive 390 yards and five touchdowns, showcasing his ability to connect with playmakers down the field. Terrell Owens was a significant target, racking up 225 receiving yards, making crucial catches that kept the Texans' defense on their heels. Meanwhile, Caleb Williams led the Texans' ground game, rushing for 79 yards, but it wasn't enough to match the Cowboys' offensive explosion. Defensively, the Cowboys made key plays when it mattered most, particularly from Jevon Holland, who recorded two interceptions that shifted momentum in their favor. Micah McFadden’s four total tackles and Derrick Moore’s sack contributed to a defense that, while allowing 40 points, stepped up in crucial moments. The turning point came late in the third quarter when Holland's second interception set up a scoring drive, allowing Dallas to extend their lead and ultimately seal the victory.
