In a high-scoring showdown, the Kansas City Chiefs topped the Arizona Cardinals 52-42 in Week 11 of the 2026 season. Both teams came in needing a win to bolster their playoff hopes, but it was Kansas City who came out on top, showcasing their offensive firepower and defensive prowess. Chiefs quarterback Josh Allen was on fire, throwing for five touchdowns and leading his team to victory. Arizona's Zach Wilson also had a strong performance, racking up 341 passing yards, but it was the Chiefs' balanced attack that made the difference. Running back Zach Charbonnet contributed with 77 rushing yards, while Kansas City’s receiving corps kept the chains moving consistently. Defensively, Kansas City made crucial plays at pivotal moments, with Alex Highsmith leading the charge. Highsmith not only recorded 4 total tackles but also dominated with 3.5 sacks, applying relentless pressure on Wilson. The game turned when Highsmith's sack-fumble led to a Chiefs touchdown, shifting momentum firmly in Kansas City's favor and ultimately sealing the win.
