In a decisive victory, the Arizona Cardinals topped the New Orleans Saints 48-17 in Week 16 of the 2026 season, solidifying their playoff positioning. With the stakes high as the season neared its conclusion, the Cardinals showcased their offensive prowess and depth. Taylen Green led Arizona's offense with an impressive performance, throwing for three touchdowns while helping his team to a commanding lead. Jeremiyah Love was a force on the ground, racking up 157 rushing yards and keeping the Saints' defense on their heels throughout the game. Meanwhile, Tyler Shough managed to accumulate 237 passing yards for New Orleans, but it wasn't enough to keep pace with the Cardinals' explosive attack. Defensively, Malachi Moore was a standout for Arizona, making four total tackles and contributing to a solid performance that limited the Saints' scoring opportunities. The turning point came in the second quarter when the Cardinals scored back-to-back touchdowns, effectively shifting the momentum and leaving New Orleans struggling to respond. Despite Bryan Bresee's lone sack for the Saints, the Cardinals' relentless offense proved too much to handle, sealing a dominant win.
