The Houston Texans dominated the Jacksonville Jaguars with a final score of 30-9, securing a crucial victory in Week 15 of the 2026 season. This win not only solidifies Houston's playoff aspirations but also puts added pressure on Jacksonville as they fight to stay relevant in the race. C.J. Stroud showcased his prowess under center, throwing for 238 yards and leading the Texans' offense with precision. David Montgomery contributed with a solid ground game, rushing for 69 yards, while Nico Collins emerged as Stroud’s favorite target, racking up 88 receiving yards and proving to be a constant threat throughout the contest. Defensively, the Texans were effective in limiting Jacksonville’s scoring opportunities, while the Jaguars' defense struggled to contain Houston's offensive onslaught. The game turned decisively in the second quarter when Houston scored two quick touchdowns, establishing a lead that they would maintain throughout the game. Jacksonville's inability to respond effectively, despite strong individual efforts like Travis Hunter's seven tackles and Josh Hines-Allen's two sacks, ultimately sealed their fate.
