The Tennessee Titans topped the Jacksonville Jaguars with a final score of 28-13 in Week 5 of the 2027 season. This victory is significant for the Titans as they continue to solidify their position in the competitive AFC South, while the Jaguars face mounting challenges to find their rhythm this season. Leading the charge for the Titans was quarterback Josh Hoover, who threw for 311 yards and two touchdowns, showcasing his ability to command the field. Receivers also shined, with Carnell Tate racking up 106 receiving yards, providing a reliable target for Hoover throughout the game. In contrast, Bhayshul Tuten of the Jaguars led the rushing attack with 71 yards, but it wasn't enough to spark a comeback. Defensively, the Titans made their presence felt, with Leonard Moore recording a team-high seven tackles and Keldric Faulk contributing with half a sack. The turning point came in the third quarter when the Titans intercepted a pass, shifting momentum and allowing them to extend their lead. While the Jaguars' Jarrian Jones managed to snag an interception for his team, it wasn't enough to turn the tide in their favor as the Titans maintained control for the remainder of the game.
